In 2025, Medical Cadets is dedicating our efforts to raising awareness, advancing education, and supporting those affected by Congenital Heart Disease (CHD)—the most common birth defect worldwide. CHD impacts the structure and function of the heart from birth, often requiring complex care, surgeries, and lifelong follow-up. Our mission this year is to bridge the gap between medical knowledge and public awareness by providing accessible educational resources, connecting families with support networks, and promoting preventive health initiatives. Through community outreach, fundraising, and youth-led advocacy, we aim to inspire action, empower patients, and help pave the way for better outcomes for children and adults living with CHD.
